The Rental Housing Clinic of MSU College of Law is a legal aid clinic that is a cooperative effort of the Michigan State University College of Law and the City of East Lansing. The Clinic provides services to tenants and landlords who have some type of rental property issue. The Clinic offers traditional legal counsel as well as educational programs for tenants and landlords. More information on our educational materials is available in their office. Clients will be responsible for paying all related court costs, such as filing fees.
